Our group classes (strength, conditioning, yoga, & mobility) are designed to be fun and engaging while helping you achieve your fitness goals.

You now have the flexibility to use your membership credits for Group Fitness Classes (1 credit) AND Small Group Personal Training (3 credits)!

How WWKC Membership Works

Sign up, and each month, you’ll receive Membership Credits* in your account.

Schedule any combination of Group Fitness and Small Group Personal Training Classes that you like.

Show up, and let us handle the rest!

Beginner Membership ($99/month - 8 Credits)

Beginner Example: Danielle has the Beginner Membership (8 credits/month), and her health and fitness goals are to focus on her yoga practice, balance, strength, and mobility, and to decrease stress. Danielle attends yoga (1 credit) twice a week.

Standard Membership ($149/month - 15 Credits)

Standard Example: Sam has the Standard Membership (15 credits/month). His health and fitness goals are to improve his overall health and improve strength and mobility. He attends Restorative Flow Yoga (1 credit) 1x/week, Strength classes (1 credit)  2x/week, and Yin Yoga Flow (1 credit) 1x/week.

Advanced Membership ($199/month - 24 Credits)

Advanced Example: Adam has the Advanced Membership (24 credits/month), and his health and fitness goals are to improve his strength, increase muscle mass, increase mobility, and prevent injury. He attends Small Group Personal Training (3 credits) 1x/week, Strength Class (1 credit) 2x/week, and Mobility class (1 credit) 1x/week.

Pro Membership ($240/month - 32 Credits)

Becca has the Pro Membership (30 credits/month). Her health and fitness goals are to improve her stamina, increase strength, decrease body fat percentage, and increase functional strength. She attends Small Group Personal Training twice a week and strength and conditioning classes twice a week.
