Class Cancellation Policy

We know life happens — that’s why you can cancel your class anytime up to 6 hours before it starts with no penalty.

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of class time will incur a $10 late cancel fee.

• No-shows will incur a $20 fee.

This policy helps keep classes running smoothly, allows other members the chance to book a spot, and helps our coaches stay organized and prepared.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins. Doors will be locked at the scheduled start time.

Our coaches start every class with movement instruction, workout explanations, and warm-ups that are important for both safety and performance. Arriving on time shows respect for your fellow members, your coach, and the training experience we’ve created. Thank you for helping us start every class on schedule.
