What to Expect During Your First Group Fitness Class

  1. Arrival and Check-in: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and familiarize yourself with the facility. The door will be closed and locked at the start of class.

  2. Meet Your Instructor: Introduce yourself to the instructor and discuss any concerns or special needs you may have.

  3. Warm-up: Participate in a group warm-up to prepare your body for exercise and reduce the risk of injury.

  4. Main Workout: Engage in the scheduled class activities, which will be demonstrated and guided by the instructor.
