Our Team

Owner and Personal Trainer

“Hi! My name is Jill Boland and I am the owner and trainer here at Wellness Warehouse. My fitness journey begin when I was fifteen. I started lifting with an Olympic Weightlifting coach in my small hometown in Iowa. I began to train to increase strength, prevent injury, increase power/explosiveness and agility for sports. That is where I immediately fell in love with the whole aspect of strength training, health, and it’s numerous benefits. Since then I have acquired bachelors’ degrees in Kinesiology and Spanish (sí, español!) and multiple certifications such as Olympic Weightlifting Performance Coach Level 1, UNI’s Personal Training certification, TRX, and NESTA. I have been training for 14 years and continue to love to train all levels, whether it be sport performance, overall improvement in health or strength, weight loss, rehab, improving mobility, or hypertrophy (building muscle). My approach has always been to train/coach with positive instruction and motivation along with healthy and positive guidance on nutrition. My philosophy is the reason we work out is because of the love for our bodies. Working out is not a necessity of duty but merely a manifestation of this love.
Come train with me!
Let’s do this together 💪🏼”

Claire Eagan

Personal Trainer & Strength Coach

“Hello, I’m Claire and I am from Northwest Iowa! I have always been active and was very involved in track and cross country in high school. After enduring a few injuries I became interested in how I could use exercise to get back to running. My interest in health and fitness took off from there and ended up graduating from the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!) with my bachelors in Exercise Science. During college, I discovered my passion for exercise within the older adult population and went on to pursue my masters degree in Gerontology. I work full time at a Senior Living Community in Kansas City as a Fitness Coordinator, but love that I get the opportunity to work with clients of all ages! I have certifications through ACE as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor! I believe in proper form over everything. Sticking to the basics is never a bad thing. Once we have a good base, we can only go up from there. I will always meet you at your level and then work with you step by step to achieve your goals! Oh yeah and let's have some fun while doing it!

Spencer Ellsperman

Yoga Teacher

“Hello I'm Spencer Ellsperman and I am a certified yoga teacher. I love the balance that yoga brings to me not only on the mat but off as well. It has brought so many new insights to aspects of myself internally that were hidden away. Yoga has also brought many great physical benefits in my life as I had a back surgery when I was 20, with yoga I do not encounter that harsh and tingling pain. It has allowed me to live my life fully!

I enjoy all types of yoga as they all have their place but I really enjoy vinyasa flow, yin, and restorative flow! I am focusing on working with athletes with bringing in yoga and mindfulness into their sport and everyday life! Outside of yoga I am a photographer! I enjoy traveling, golfing, trying new foods/restaurants, going to the gym and living life to the best I can!”

Kaitlyn Unland

Personal Trainer & Strength Coach

Kaitlyn was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri but ended up moving to Kansas City fresh out of college in 2019. When she is not at the gym you can find her spending time outdoors with family and friends, walking her dog, doing some retail therapy, or binge watching any and all reality TV.

Kaitlyn has been in the fitness industry for 2 years where she has taught pilates, HIIT classes, and is now getting into personal training. She is a Certified Pilates Instructor, a Master Trainer of Pilates, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer.

As a Division II soccer player throughout college, lifting was a part of Kaitlyn's everyday life. After college she began to start her own fitness journey outside of being an athlete that still challenged her competitive nature. This is eventually how she found group fitness and what motivated her to begin teaching others. Kaitlyn believes that the ability to move your body is a gift that you shouldn't take for granted. Moving your body should be something that you look forward to and not something you hate. In order to find consistency and results, it starts with changing your mindset.

Kaitlyn's Favorite Workout: Any type of functional core workout, Bicep Curls, and RDL's

“Hi! My name is Abigail Walters and I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine! I am so excited to be here at Wellness Warehouse to help others feel their best both physically and emotionally.

Little about me, I moved around quite a bit as a kid, but I now call Kansas City home. I just returned to the city about a year ago after spending about 3.5 years in Austin, Texas getting my Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. After graduating, I took about 8 months off of school to study for my boards and then jumped back into school and received my Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in March of 2022.

I am nationally board certified and licensed in the state of Missouri. I have also been certified for facial rejuvenation, cupping and clean needle technique.

When I am not giving treatments, you can find me hanging out with my dog, Olive, at BarK or the English Landing Dog Park and watching documentaries with my cat Gavin. I have 2 older sisters and love spending time with them and their families. You can also catch me at lululemon on the weekends dishing out some leggings.

Come ask me all your questions and I can’t wait to be a part of your health journey.”
