Hannah Foster

From a young age, I grew up playing sports -attending practices, running drills, and learning the value of hard work through repetition. The more I practiced, the better I performed, and that mindset has carried over into my life today. Now, even though I'm no longer playing sports, fitness continues to be a core part of who I am. My mindset now is to train for life as that is now like my new "game".

I love group fitness because there's something powerful about training alongside others. It's energizing and motivating to see people show up, push themselves, and prioritize their health. Being part of a community that encourages growth-physically and mentally-is why I do what I do.

My favorite way to train is with athletic-style workouts- powerful, functional movements as well as slower, controlled strength training, and in the last couple of years, I've developed a passion for distance running and the mental toughness it builds. Honestly, I love a bit of everything and am always up for trying something new.”
