Meet Linzy Justice
“Hey, I’m Linzy!
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Art of You Bodywork. Based inside Wellness Warehouse in Kansas City, my practice focuses on therapeutic and structural bodywork designed to help people move better, recover faster, and stay engaged in the activities they love.
Since graduating from the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2018, I’ve spent years studying the relationship between movement, posture, pain, performance, and the nervous system. In addition to my massage therapy training, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a 500-hour Clinical Herbalism Certification, both of which continue to inform my understanding of the body as an interconnected system. My work blends myofascial techniques, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, Sarga bodywork, and sports recovery approaches to create sessions that are both highly effective and deeply restorative.
What I love most about bodywork is helping people understand their bodies and feel empowered in their own process. Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, a desk worker, an artist, or someone simply trying to stay active, I believe lasting change happens when we address not only where discomfort shows up, but also why it’s happening in the first place.
Every session begins with listening, conversation, and assessment. I believe the most effective bodywork is collaborative, which means understanding your goals, your history, and the unique patterns that shape how your body moves and feels. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs—taking into account your lifestyle, movement patterns, nervous system, and the way your body has adapted over time. Together we’ll identify contributing factors and create a treatment plan that supports both immediate relief and long-term results.
My goal is not only to help you feel better when you leave my office, but to help you better understand your body and provide practical insights and self-care strategies that support your progress between sessions.
I’m thrilled to be part of the Wellness Warehouse community and to support members in their training, recovery, and long-term movement goals.
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll usually find me strength training, practicing yoga, exploring new cities, attending concerts, spending time outdoors, or planning my next adventure. I believe movement is one of life’s greatest gifts, and helping people fully participate in their lives is what makes this work so meaningful to me.”
